I have just come across the Joseph Rowntree Foundation Report on Inclusion in Play. It looks at the experiences of a number of children with a range of disabilities in mainstream primary schools in Yorkshire. Although not earth shattering findings, it is good to see weight being given to the social aspects of inclusion and there are some sound reccomendations.
The executive summary can be found at   http://www.jrf.org.uk/knowledge/findings/socialpolicy/0016.asp  .
