Hello and welcome to the forum

I am sure you love him dearly but when all around you do not appear to really understand you can come on here and talk to us about it.

My son has PWS and I am lucky that every week I meet with another Mum for coffee and we discuss everything.

Do you get any help at all?

WRT nappies, does he understand his toileting at all - lots of non verbal children with autism can become toilet trained and out of nappies.  Please do not take this as negative, its just that sometimes the healthcare professionals can make it seem like things are not possible when in fact with the right help they are.

Keep coming here and chatting.  I do log on every day I can.
