Before travelling to Georgiopoli in Northwest Crete with my family, including a 3 year old dependent on a K frame, I had been warned about the fact that using the frame would attract stares and so forth from the locals.  I just wanted to say that the holiday, from this point of view, was a dream.  The locals treated my son as if they hadn't noticed his frame - I was far less concious of it that even in this country.
