Today started off as a horrid day, work was demanding as usual, i swear they is a little pixie in the office who only comes out at night and mixes all the keys around on my computer keyboard,(yes i am one of those two finger at a time typists).

Anyway horrid day turned into good day as i met up with a new friend who is in the same boat as me, only difference is i am where she was a few years ago. I just want to say talking is good, i never thought it was as it never changed anything, still doesnt, but it helps.

Talking to people in the same boat makes you realise youre not alone, you give advice and take advice, and without noticing it you suddenly realise you have taken another step forward. Its weird as this new friend feels like an old friend- hard to explain.

Any way i think im becoming addicted to this forum, i think im using it as a day to day diary (sorry folks) better quit while im ahead and start boring people.

Gulnar

You are right
Talking does not change things but what you talk about can help to make things better either by the chat itself or learning something that you didn't kow before.

Glad you like the forum
