Hi all Smiley
I am a children's nurse who has just begun work within a paediatric outpatients department. I would like to make it a more inclusive environment for all children and their families and am wondering if any of you have any ideas on how I can do this after all you are the experts !! My younger brother has cerebral palsy with physical and learning impairments so I have some insight in to the issues that may be faced but would really like to make the department as good as it can be. I have pitched some ideas to my managements and have been given some money which I aim to increase through fundraising. Please feel free to email me or answer on this forum I will appreciate all input.
THANK YOU.
