Has anyone any experience of the alternative forms of Ritalin, such as Equasym Excel and Concerta? Elise is now on Ritalin and it seems to work fairly well, but we have tried Concerta a couple of times now and she seems to be crashing into everything (i.e. it doesn't work for her). It's a shame because we would not need to get school to administer Concerta because it lasts much longer.

Thanks

Hi John

My friend only used Ritalin.

Hope you get someone who can advise better.

Thanks! Tried Concerta again and OMG!!!!! Think we have forgotten how difficult Elise was prior to being medicated and when the Concerta had no effect it was a bit of a shock!! Sticking with the Ritalin!  Paula  Cheesy
