Hello

Not sure tbh

DLA is not means tested

Not sure about anything else

If she is living at home with you and earning then she should be able to contribute.

Worth calling Citizens advice?

Definitely contact the Citizen's Advice Bureau. They can do a comprehensive benefits check for you. In addition, they have their own website - Advice Guide - which is really good. Don't know what they do in your area, but in our bureau we have a home visitor who goes to people who are unable to, or find it difficult, to leave their home.

Take care.
